The hotel had a lovely location right by the seafront, perfect for enjoying the pier and attractions nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the shower was a bit tricky to manage. The service was fine, with polite and helpful staff. The dining options were good, but a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a convenient spot for exploring the area.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The recent room redecoration was great for some but brought a strong paint smell. The service was fantastic overall, but the outside area was impacted by a fire at a nearby hotel which was not their fault. The location was perfect, right opposite the pier, but the standard varied compared to other Relaxinnz locations. The dining options had their ups and downs, with a small breakfast choice but a surprisingly fulfilling full English. The facilities were good overall.
